Returns & Exchanges

At Grateful Ape, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Dispute Resolution

I strive for a positive experience with every purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me directly before filing a dispute with your payment provider. Open communication helps resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Exceptions & Order Issues

While I do not accept returns, I want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or if there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will do my best to make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Before production begins, I will communicate with you to ensure all details are correct.

Promotions Terms & Conditions

By participating in any promotions, discounts, or special offers from Grateful Ape, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Promotions are valid only during the specified time frame and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Offers are available while supplies last and may be subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Discounts apply only to eligible products as specified in the promotion details.

2. Exclusions & Restrictions

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Custom orders, commissioned pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for discounts unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale items may be final sale and not eligible for additional discounts.

3. Order Adjustments

  • If a promotion requires a minimum purchase amount, the total must be met before taxes and shipping fees.
  • If an order is modified or canceled, any applied discount may be voided.

4. Limited Availability & Errors

  • Grateful Ape reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to promotions.
  • If a pricing error is found after purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Since all sales are final, promotional purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of shipping damage or craftsmanship issues (see Return Policy for details).

6. Fraud Prevention

  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse a promotion (such as creating multiple accounts to redeem an offer) may result in order cancellation and/or restriction from future promotions.

7. Changes to Promotions
